Speedometer not working

Just recently bought a 94 Chevy Silverado
someone had taken the 5.7 and automatic
transmission out and replaced it with a 4.3 and
manual transmission out of a 92 4wd the
speedometer doesn't work but the rpm gauge does
how can I fix my speedometer

On the tailshaft of tran.should have plug in or circle with threads,if u have plug in on your wiring system of trk.and if it don't plug in,u need to change indercator might have to change whole tailshaft housing.
