It just started doing this or after you worked on it?. If you worked on it go to the last thing you did. It sounds like a unplugged manifold vacuum port. Check vacuum hoses all around working from the engine out. Things to check. Stuck open EGR valve. Try to move the diaphragm with a screwdriver.. PCV valve hose. Hoses to air cleaner. The power brake booster valve. The piece of plastic connected to the hose that plugs into the booster. If it has OEM fuel sysyem it could be running in cold loop. The computer version of a choke. Check fuel pressure. If you've removed cats and by mistake O2 sensors on exh manifold you need to provide way more detail to your question.

Before I worked on it I’ve been trying to solve it and my phone auto corrected on me I have replaced the egr and I have check all the hoses and there’s no leaks the air breather hose is good and clean and air filter you can see light through it and it has no cats and it has a brand new o2 sensor The check engine light is on I forgot to say that originally
