Can I get individual components for my brake line?

The rubber side should be available at any parts store. But the metal, just make one up or buy a premade straight piece that is long enough and use a small tubing bender and bend it to fit.

Remove the old line and bend the new to match it , Then you can install it . If this is the first the others will follow so if you have kids maybe you should replace all the metal brake line . As opposed to losing your brakes completely , Make friends with the E- brake in case of an emergency . The end of the line will be a bubble or a flared end
