Typically to get the injectors to open is they're powered by the main fuel injection relay, this provides positive battery voltage, then the ecu triggers them to earth/ground to complete the circuit. So first check for you is for 12v at the injector plug harness. Easiest test for this is with a noid light, handy little things, get them at Ebay. Unplug an injector plug, plug the noid light into the harness and crank it over, if you can see a little light pulse in the noid then the injection trigger is working if not then the injection relay or ECM is bad or wire harness or grounds, fuses ect.
Thanks for the help, i figured it out! I had a short to ground on the wire running to my smog pump.. it was laying on the exhaust manifold go figure... after all the money i spent, it was a free fix!
