Ac/ heater blower

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2007 camry speedo, tachometer, everything lights
up on the cluster also temp gauge is dead i have
checked all fuses and relays all good. I check my
obd2 for errors but it says no data link. I replaced
the cluster got one from the junkyard still no
changes. Pls help ac/heater blower inop replaced
blower as well 2x.

Any warning lights on or flashing when the engine is running?
