Why is the steering Wheel bounce back a second late

you need a grease job....take it to a shop that knows what a zerk fitting is...they're takin' away our guns, man....our grease guns~...(no there are NO lubrication allowed on the newer vehicles)....permanently sealed....also your tires are probably under-inflated~~

possibly the power steering fluid is sludgy...have that one looked at too~
