Regarding my saab 9.3 2ltr convertable

My Saab 9.3 2ltr terbo convertable won't start ,if
had a motor Mac friend working on it and still
won't start seem that they is no spark,now and
again it starts the cut out within seconds,this is
frustrating for me because it's costing me money
every time some one looks at it ,coil pack has been
changed ,and still won't start please help ,regards

Is it firing red or blue when it does manage to fire? Should fire blue. It's the timing right?
