Hey I’m young I really don’t know much about this
jaguar bought it recently drove it home and wasn’t
able to turn off the engine I’m not concerned on
how to turn the car offBut more on how can I fix the
problem

you'll need a multi tester , turn the key to the "run" position to trouble shoot this , then you don't have to worry about having to shut it off , I would think the ignition switch is bad

My guess is ignition switch too- but who knows? On these early 20th Century Jaguars, the complexity and the expense are notorious- spell "unreliable and costly" but you are young, you didn't know that, you bought it from someone who was happy to get rid of it- now you are in the batter's box and you will find out what it means to strike out- this happens to be the learning curve in the automotive world-

It’s crazy because now seems like I’m having a Nother issue with the car the car is not turning on I’m knotting getting any power only thing is showing is the airbags Sign on the dash The lights won’t even come on

You will have nothing but issues with a used Jaguar of that vintage.
