looking to buy a pre-owned range rover, what years and milage should i be looking for and are they're any issues i need to look out for?

Asked by BigEz Sep 18, 2013 at 05:05 PM about the 2006 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have read some of the reviews, questions and responses and have owned several Jaguars, and 4 bmw and kept up with maintenance and always purchased extended warranty's and did not have any major problems, so i know the cost associated with a few of upper end vehicle, but this is my first time considering a range rover. Are the newer years from 2006 and up a problem child? and are they known for any particular problems?

suspension...don't walk away...run!!! I just shelled out $8000 in 2 months and been without my truck for 2 months while they figure out my suspension problem. The issue is that the diagnostics on the vehicle aren't good and don't always (actually seldom) identify the problem. It is expensive to buy, maintain, repair and the resale value sucks!!! waste of money and most important time.
