Acura TL s type won't crank

My car will not crank it acts like the battery
is dead, but I have 12.57 volts on the battery
when the car is running I have a little over 15
volts at the cables when I turn the ignition
switch to the on position I have power inside
lights, when I go to crank the car everything
goes out what could that be

What is the voltage drop down at the starter? Bad wires from battery will keep car from cranking. Have you tested starter and starter relay?
