Im looking at a 2007 Honda Civic Coupe EX but it has 123,500 miles. Is that to much for a first car?

That's high mileage. Average is around 13,000-15,000 miles per year.

Check the glovebox to make sure that it has seen a new timing belt. Think that at 80,000 miles this one should be changed. If not, have this done or reliability will go out the window~
