Your Toyota Dealer doesn't know or your Battery dealer doesn't know? If a Toyota dealer find another one Fast. If the Battery dealer, then, is there ANY thing else that doesn't work or is not as it was before the battery change? It could be the new battery is incorrect for your car, or more likely, when installed it shorted out a fuse (blown fuse) for the console lights. Be sure to let us know how your get on.
