2008 jeep patriot blower is working too slow, could it be the hvac blower resistor?

Yes, it is probably the resistor. When they go bad, the slower speeds stop working but high will still work.

Actually, at higher speed works like it was on the slowest, but when I turn the knob to the other speeds it slows down a bit, also the air comes out cold with the A/C on , so Im guessing the problem is on the blower
