Exactly. Those fuse blowing are directly involved, Trace those systems wiring to located the short, if its blowing system fuse not related, locate (wiring diagram) where they come in contact for the short location, also short finders are now affordable (amazon under $30.00).

May be shorting out on frame, a parasitic battery drain test can help locate it, but research correct procedures per your car as some you should not disconnect the battery while testing.

See if your fuse panel under hood & dash are burned up or look like it has been corroded it could be at the fuse panels. Be sure you engine & battery to frame grounds are working/tight/there.
is it very expensive for someone to come to your home to test it for me. I don't know what to do.

If you can have someone you trust look it over for you or get towed to a shop. If you do not understand or have the ability (physical) to try to fix yourself. Many shops will look it over and call you to say it needs this or that before fixing and charging, call around for this kind of shop and let them know beforehand you need to know what it needs done before work is done and you need it done but do not give them full reign.

Under hood at main fuse block check the main circuit breakers, may have a burned one by now, since its blowing them repeatedly.
