Car was trying to run hot but never actually
ran hot after replacing coolant sensor but
now it past the half mark and temperature
gauge just keep going up and down can
someone please help me .

The temperature going up and down a lot may be from a bad thermostat, low coolant level or air in the cooling system.

Did u ever find out what major car overheat and cool off mines doing the same thing it is a 2013 Dodge avenger
