Car won't turn over

Could be a bad starter.

A bad starter could be one thing but since the car won't turn over at all, it might be an electrical problem as well. In that case, a tow truck and a mechanic would be handy.

My wife's 2013 Dodge Avenger it's acting like it wants to turn over but it doesn't and when is about to turn over it shuts down and keep making that weird sound I replace the battery and the starter it ran for about a week and now it's back doing the same thing don't know what else it can be any ideas anyone
