when I started my car this morning it was idling a little rough but has been doing that from time to time and stops. however as I backing out of the driveway the car just died while still in reverse. no power, no lights, wont turn over. tried like 4x nothing then tried again it started right up I  pulled it back up in driveway put it in park and 10 seconds later it died again. no power, wont start??????

Any check engine lights? If so, get a OBD code reader then you'll know what's going on. They start at ~ $30 & up.

Check the battery cable connections, also have the battery checked, the ecm won't shut off all the power

no check engine light comes on, battery replaced 7 months ago along with new alternator. will check the cable connection.
