Chevy Cobalt issues with code P0700 and U0073

While driving my dashboard lights flash low fuel,
power steering, and oil changed needed. The
speedometer and tach ready bounce all over the
place. Fuel goes to zero (has a full tank). Anti theft
light comes on but no check engine light. Also
there is a loud clicking noise from the shifter when
in gear but at a stop. Did this last week too but
minus the clicking and codes were P0700 and
U0073

Nobody on this forum is going to be able to help you with this, this is going to be a can network fault.. its going to take a mechanic with a scope to find the issue ... sounds like you can lines rubbing ground somewhere

Try measuring resistance between pins 6 and 14 of the dlc connector if u can get it to act funky.. should be close to 60 ohms
