Can you turn the key in the lock? If not the lock has seized and likely needs replacing. When the door is unlocked manually does it open and close properly? If not it could be the latch assembly. Do the electric locks work? Don't start messing with the door alignment unless its been in an accident and is damaged.
Do I need my door realigned? or a new lock? If it isn’t slammed shut there will be a pocket of air coming through the crack of the door,
