Our 2007 equinox transmission all of a sudden won't engage. Park will hold the car from moving but all other gears act as if in neutral.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Shift lever moves freely. Yesterday the car just died. Engine
quit, wouldn't start. When it finally did start the transmission
