I have exact same problem, I have a 2000 Acura Integra and after having issues with my head gasket and then the original engine stopped running I swapped out to another B18 and drove the parts car to my shop and proceeded to swap motors, so I know for a fact that it should run. Now here I am 3 months later and Nothing! Trouble codes are P0118 & P0113 which are both affiliated with the ECT, so I am going to try that an hopefully we have an answer... If not I might have an Acura for sale
