Tow hooks on the front of 2007 Ford Explorer LTD
Let me try again....
On the vast majority of 4X4 SUV's, beneath the front bumper there are 2 rather heafty loops, called tow hooks. Not a tow bar for pulling behind a motor home. They are used for attaching a cable and wench. By attaching to these hooks, a vehicle can be pulled through tough conditions or pulled from being stuck in the mud. Toyota, Durango, Range Rover, H3 Hummers, Expedition, 2005 Explorers, etc all have the hooks mounted solidly to the frame in the front and under the bumper. Ford does not provide these hooks for the 2007 Explorer. Ford only provides these up to and including 2005
Why does the 2007 Ford Explorer LTD have no tow hooks in front?
