first off the 1995 heads are the same as the orignal ones that were on it probly like a 7fea head i would get a set of head off of a FORD EXPLORER ONLY!!!!!! the explorere or mountianers that had 302s in them had a copy of fords gt40 heads huge improvment over the stock heads you have now as for a cam if you are cheap i would go with a roller lifter and cam set up out of a ford mustang or thunderbird H.O 302 motor your block should have the threaded towers to hold down the lifter spider if you want to go aftermarket then comp cam make a nice cam for the stock 302 comp cam part number SK31-601-5

Thanks..I shulda mentioned my motor is a H.O. out of a GT. Is the Comp Cam better than the E303 or B303 cams from Ford Racing Products?
