super charging my mustang

well i guess that depends on the style of supercharging your looking for... paxton and procharger do some pretty small centrifugal superchargers. Ford racing does a 1.8l whipple charger... you can find smaller from other companies but really your supercharging for power right... bigger the displacment on the charger the more horsepower your gonna be able to generate... or are you looking for a small one to prevent engine deterrioration? becuase thats a slippery slope...
yeah i probably wont do it but i was just wanted a bolt on super charger for a 89 mustang 5.0 liter gt for a little more horse power but it would only be driven around town not on the track so i never thought about engine deterrioration
best form of FI for you would be a centrifugal supercharger like a procharger... they also are a little cheaper... they are not quite as harsh on the engine either and can yield pretty good power gains... you could run something at 4 or 6lbs and that should be ok... you will have to do some intake modifications and some fuel upgrades... and cooling upgrades... none of its really cheap...
