Best bet is to look it up on eBay, can find about anything on there
The vehicle you have listed is an 85 mustang, is that the 5.0 in your car? What you're holding looks to me like an accelerator pump off a carburetor which gives an extra squirt when you push the pedal. Without it working yours have to too the throttle in very slowly or it would bog and stall

You'd have to tip the throttle slowly. Sorry autocorrect! Lol
Your right, it's a Holley carburetor diaphragm.. just got to get the right one
