Running funny

I have a 2004 Ford explorer.  Eddie bauer.  I had mice in the truck . I put a mice repellent
device in the truck. I disconnected the battery and put the device in. I reconnected the
battery and now my truck won't run right.  It won't drive right.

idle air trim reset/relearn. let the vehicle idle for at least an hour under the following condition, 15 minutes apiece. neutral ac on neutral ac off drive ac on drive ac off Don't know if will help? Just a thought. When battery voltage is lost some systems may have to relearn.

Have the mice chewed into some of the wiring?

No signs of mice or anything like that I did a good examination of the wire's and hoses.. still having issues
