Need radio volume to turn down?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The radio won't turn down,
but it's playing good. It's not
going down at all,any
suggestions?

Turn it off? Are you listening to the radio and not the CD? It's probably time to replace it. Those OEM radios are not worth fixing. You can find a used exact replacement on ebay or a salvage yard. Maybe time to go bluetooth or apple CarPlay? Check out crutch field.

Try removing the radio fuse in case a reset fixes it. Otherwise do as Dolby suggests.
