2005 durango 4.7L the threads on the fan clucht are they regular threads or revere. I am trying to change the water pump and I need toremove the glush fan first

Don't think that Chevy uses any left-hand lugnuts anywhere! I'd remove the fan shroud first-

Remove big nut in center,easier to remove top fan shroud(overflow box) and remove once its out

I took off altanator and alt bracket and had it out in less than hour.
Look downward behind the fan and you'll see a large nut (about 1 7/16") attaching the fan clutch to the water pump pulley. You have to turn this bolt counter clockwise while keeping the water pump pulley from turning.

I never tried to take off in the car,worried about busting radiator,the top shrod has only four bolts.
