Flasher Unit won't stop clicking

I have a Tahoe.  The blinkers and emergency signals are working fine.  All bulbs are fine and operational.  But the flasher won't stop clicking when all the signals are turned off.  The flasher was replaced with the same result, so it's not the flasher unit.
Any ideas would be appreciated!

Hi Ronkc, You may want to remove the flasher relay and have it checked. This can be found in your engine compartment - usually on the left hand side (passenger). Hope this helps!

Thanks. It had been such a long time to get an answer that I just took it in. The dealer replaced the combination switch in the steering column for about $600. Urgh!! Thanks anyway! Ron
