A mechanic jumped my 2006 Beetle off. Now the speedometer is not working; transmission is not shifting

...  The car is in limp mode. How do I reset the computer?

Disconnect the battery for 15 minutes then reconnect it and start. If that doesnt work, You have to take it to the dealer usually to have them reset it. Should take it out of limp mode.
