Convertible roof alarm

I have 2006 VW bettle with convertible roof
My problem is when I dawn the roof and drive it keeps
give a noise with alarm
How can I make it silent
Is there any Fuse that I can remove to shut this noise off

The beeping alarm is to warn that the roof is not fully open and locked. When you open the roof keep holding the button for about a further 10-20 seconds you will hear a slight motor whir, at the end of this the roof is completely locked open.

This is a manual top.. there is no button to hold down. It's manual.

I have the same problem its manual and it is locked into place but the warning light stays on and it keeps screaming at me
