my 1993 legend overheats at 40 temp gauge goes up and down to normal, replaced thermostat did complete tune up and replaced coolant, also car smells like rotten eggs wen i turn off

Sound like you need to purge the cooling system from air pockets. The smell from the cat. may go away, but usually means something with the emissions system.
