Question type: Car Customization

I have a 2008 Cayenne S and am thinking of installing H&R Sport Springs with Bilstein Sport struts and shocks. Has anyone tried this and does it change the handling quality? I am just looking to lower the car height. I have 21 inch wheels on it now with 25-35-21 tires.
