your best bet would be to go to a site like www.tirerack.com and enter your vehicle info. This will tell you the size of your original wheels. The lug pattern and wheel size can help you determine what will fit your vehicles.
Gary (above) is right. Don't forget that changing wheel size affects other things on the car, such as unsprung weight, clearance issues, ride quality and tire choice. Good Luck!
