Car won't idle

Replaced broken timing belt and did valve job, now
car will start but will not stay running.

Are you absolutely sure that the timing is correct? Did you leave something loose such as an electrical connector or an air intake tube?

I believe the timing is correct, I don't think I'm missing any tubes, vacuum hoses, or electrical connections. The car starts easy but with higher RPM's it runs smoother, but when you take your foot off the throttle it's as though you turned off the key.

It IS possible that the cam timing is one tooth off, but it could be something else.
