Why won't my rear lights turn on? The break lights power but not the running lights, I just changed the fuse and it's not blown.

Usually if both lights don't work, it's because a fuse is blown, replace with the same # fuse not a higher #.

OOOPS, sorry I didn't see that you replaced the fuse, If the same bulb is the brake and running light, (dual filament), then the bulbs may be bad, usually if they both stop working at same time, then check the brake light switch, usually near the brake pedal assembly.
