My silverado 07

When I back up in my truck then pull out
my wheels feels like they're being scotched
they drag and then I feel them break free
and hear it to could this be my rear end
going out when I go around a curve left
handed I hear what sounds like my drive
shaft flopping and when I have a lot of
weight in back of my truck it makes the
flopping sound just going down the road
driving .
