93 5.0 Mustang Overheat with A/C on.

I have installed new 3 row radiator with twin cooling fans and thermostat with housing. The car runs good but when A/C is turned on it almost immediately overheats and can not recover even after A/C is shut off. Have to pull over and spray the radiator with cold water. The heater works, there is no air blockage, cooling fans come on, no water leaks, no steam from exhaust and no water in oil. Help Please

    Almost seems not to shift gear when press on gas when driving. When parked can reve engine and seems to have power.
