adjusting pick up door

i bought a new pickup 2 weeks ago and there was a little wind noise and i took it back to them and they said they set the door in (i think thats what they called it) i was just wondering how i can reverse what they did because now that door does not shut good at all and i have to slam the damn think all the time.

Adjust the piece where the door latches on the truck back out. It's called the striker.
