Brake pedal soft but front pads changed 3 months ago

Spongy? Would need to bleed the breaks, also rear drums? Breaks ok? If so you need to make sure they are adjusted wright, this will give you a higher break pedal.

Thanks Mark. So actually, the reservoir was down a whole bottle. When I put the fluid in, the brakes worked better (of course) no spongy feelings but the ABS and Brake lights stayed on. My car was in a minor flood in May and the front axle was underwater for about 12 hours. I'm guessing it may be the sensor but I still don't know why the quantity of fluid was gone.

So you have a good break pedal now? Or dose it seem to go down when pressing on it. You may have a leak some where, look for wet spots along the break lines, and possible front caliper or rear wheel cylinder leaking. Keep an eye on the fluid level. There is a way to reset the break light and ABS light, but I am a Chevy guy, but know all the basics of a vehicle plus a bit more...
