The abs unit may have to be activated for the bleeding with a special scan tool , if that doesn't help the unit may have to be replaced $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ , hopefully not

do you lose or have to replace the brake fluid at all? what about leaky slave cylinders? Also, you can bleed many times and not get all the air bubbles out depending on your technique and skill level. Are you certain there are no bubbles in the system?
