I replaced whole driver side headlight assembly put in new bulbs on all left turn signals, but lights aren't coming on it's making the turn signal sound but no arrow showing on dashboard

Left turn signal replaced, two front left signals not coming on more back left. I turn it on I hear it make the turn signal noise but the arrow isn't coming on dashboard either, is it fuse or wiring?

Wiring,if you here the click from flasher,check the wire,s at the side you replaced.
