Can I access the switch without taking the whole door panel off?

The switches are on the armrest part of the door, can this be accessed without removing
the entire door panel?

it's not that bad...you get to play with long knives to get in there a pry, trying to pop out the x-mas tree fastener...it goes easier than you think...kinda hooks on the top...kind of a hinge...you'll get it...aside from bastardizing the switch with an x-acto knife you need to do this...it is a rite of passage...you'll then be able to say "I tackled that job"...applied silicone lubricant on all the sliding pieces made it easy for that motor to take 'er up and down~

I got stung by four hornets earlier today and lost the right side of my body for a time, but we are way the hell out here in Clearlake and the body will take care of itself as it always does....I'm not going to be the one to put out the hornet death fluid ever again...gasoline on the hive has promises...'till nightfall~
