the VUE has been in service @ dealership exactly 2 months on the 24th . I had it my possession for just a month ? No reply frm them I've called , emailed.nothing. I have a rental but this does not seem right. The last time I drove my VUE XE it quickly went from LFT to RT shaking ONLY when braking to shaking LFT to RT braking and anything over 20MPH. It seemed very sluggish from Parked and Braking to + Go like it lacked fluids almost and when the final flag was when I found a full left or right wheel turn either braking , parked or drive it had a thumping sound and skip I felt in the steering wheel . Thanks so much for your help

Vin # is right off my P&S agreemnt , I just re-insured it last week on separate policy chk cleared last friday , I know it's insured & registered. Subaru Motors Official site is where i just discovered the VIN # to be showing as invalid ,I wanted to make an online pymt . Why would that site namely , not recognize its own vin . Odd. I'll follow up on your link. Thanks again

Saturn and Pontiac are DEAD and buried for a VERY good reason. They made sub-par & inferior vehicles. (Yes, I'm still mad about a POS Pontiac Fiero GT that I bought new years ago). The fact that you've been in a rental for TWO months speaks volumes....Sounds like GM is paying for it though. I'd be inclined to talk to a lawyer at this point...threaten to sue, if they can't make the situation right. Strong arm them to get your $$ back with legal assistance. Where's the GM Internet Reps who troll on Car Gurus? Do they ONLY appear when people say good things about GM products?
