Serpintine belt?

My 2008 Pontiac Vibe is kaput.   The power steering is gone, the a/c is gone,
when I accelerate after braking, there is a squealing sound, and, to top it off, the
battery light and check engine light are both on.    Am I right to believe this is
the serpentine belt that is missing?

My 2009 Colbalt has been missing for a while. Spark plugs, filters, Serpentine belt, and oil changed all done now just a coil any where from 50 to 150.00 dollars for the part to rectify the miss.
