So it could be a broken blend door or a stuck blend door servo motor. Hope it a servo motor cause if it’s a door then it will be very expensive to fix as the dash has to be removed to even gain access to the heater box assembly and then that has to be removed and disassembled so the door can be replaced then put back together.
