in this pic of the 2008 mustang gt  orange with black. . . where did they get these specific custom pieces (hood scoops in particular). . . . plus other stuff?   thanks. . .

There's all kinds of Mustang after market companies who specialize in exterior parts. Even Ebay has stores that are pretty resonable. Here's a company many Mustang owners buy from; http://www.southernmustangparts.com/ Here's another; http://newtakeoff.com/

I just bought an'08 premium coupe (grabber orange) that has a hood scoop (flat black), side scoops (behind the doors) and a spoiler (flat black). It really looks like a GT configuration. None of it is after market to my knowledge (at least there was no additional charge :). The dealer didn't have another one like it.
