08 outback with 122,000 miles. Can I get a Subaru extended warranty for this
car?

I doubt it but call up a Subaru dealer and ask them.

Not necessarily Mark. One head gasket job would more than pay for the warranty.

I don't agree with that, these warranty contracts are designed to make the company money. There's so many exclusions....read the contract carefully before handing over money for anything like that.

Mine has paid for itself over and over again. These are Subaru's we are talking about, not reliable, quality cars.
