I live in Fredericksburg, Va in Spotsylvania County so can any of the dealers come to bring the car for a driving test before selling it to me?

I have found one of the Subaru wagons on Car Gurus.  One Subaru wagon as
it is the year of 2008 and it is around $7,000 and it is located in Falls Church,
VA.  I do not want traveling in Northern, VA at all, the traffic is so bad and I am
legally blind in 1 eye and also am deaf . Can one of the dealers bring a car that
I like to my surrounding areas when I am ready to purchase a car?

Highly unlikely that anyone is going to deliver a car to you for a test drive. If you pay for it and pay for the delivery they might help you out. Do you have a license?

You're better off getting a ride out to a dealer from a friend. If a dealer brings a car to you, you will be at their mercy when it comes to price and financing.
