does anyone know why the power lift gate would engage on its own?

my 2008 armada power lift gate is engaging on its own at all different times.

Pretty sure it has a faulty switch. I had QX56 ( same as Armada) that did the same thing. Dealer ended up replacing the switch as well as the rear glass switch.
